EAST STIRLING .........0 LIVINGSTON ............2
RAGING Jim McInally last night branded veteran star Robbie Winters a cheat and insisted poor refereeing robbed his side of a point.
The Shire boss was seething after whistler John Beaton flashed a second booking at home stopper Michael Bolochoweckyj after a clash with Livi's Winters.
The decision left the Ochilview men struggling and Winters added to the misery when he stroked home the killer second to seal the points after Andy Halliday had given them an early lead.
McInally said: "The sending-off killed us. I thought the player dived and the referee was conned.
"I don't always agree with Hugh Dallas but he's right when he says the standard of refereeing can be pretty poor.
"But the bottom line is we were beaten by a better team."
A confident Livingston looked relaxed from the first whistle and the league leaders got off to a dream start when Halliday opened the scoring after just 13 minutes.
Jason Talbot's measured cross was glanced to the back post area by Raffaele de Vita and the young striker had the simplest of tasks of side-footing the ball home from close range.

There didn't appear to be much in the towering central defender's challenge on Winters but the referee quickly flashed a yellow followed by a red as tempers rose.
pandora beadsShire had a mountain to climb and it took the visitors six minutes to make the numerical advantage pay as the home defence switched off at a vital time once again.
Jacobs picked the ball up wide and sprayed over an inch-perfect cross straight into the path of former Dundee United star Winters who planted the ball past Barclay from close range.
It was a killer blow but to Shire's credit they refused to let their heads go down and pushed forward to try and grab a glimmer of hope.
After 76 minutes Lynch seized on a slip from Talbot in the Livi defence but the striker saw his effort scrambled wide by Cameron MacDonald as the home fans sparked into life.
Then with just five minutes remaining Jamie Stevenson could have made it an interesting finale if had he managed to tuck home a Ryan Harding flick-on.
Jubilant Livingston midfielder Steve Tosh praised his team-mates professional attitude. He said: "We knew we faced a very difficult test today especially against a side who had
